Hello all of you. I put some of my portrets on Indie and I hope you like them.
The madonna is my latest painting and the first in a new serial of women who for my are real madonna's. Still lot to do. The first one is a painting of myself wich I made in the mid eighties. I painted my mother in law from photo's it's a study painting from photo's and from my mind. I never liked the painting stalled it somewhere. Two years ago when I started to document all my work I found this painting and saw what I painted and why I disliked it. Not because it wasn't good enough but for it's truth. Sometime's where afraid to look good or we know but we don't want to know only a artist eye sees it, the truth in all his nakedness. She did'nt like the painting.

In the summer of 2000 a painted on request of my husband his 99 year old grandmother wich died later on the 4th of jan 2001.

In 1990 I painted my first born.
Later on I will put more work on the Indie site
