About Me:
A native New Yorker, I lived in Thailand for one year now. Previously I spent three years in Morocco and three before that in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (and before that Milan, Italy and Berkeley!). In these countries I have discovered some wonderful artistic traditions. In Uzbekistan I opened and ran an art school for local children (some of whom had never painted on huge paper or held clay in their hands.) It was hugely rewarding and a big success. In Morocco I had great fun applying traditional materials in new ways...

And now we're in Thailand!

We just had the opportunity to teach in Italy for a year if we were approved.. But I'm a small town country girl who has lived in the same place all her life. Teaching abroad sounds amazing, but is definitely not for me :o)
