- Lover of all things handmade, continuously wowed by how talented we all are. I've been designing jewelry for about 10 years, so working with my hands comes quite naturally. Mom and I ventured into designing watches, glass pendant jewelry and now have a lovely magnet collection that just begs to dress up any home, kitchen or office. **what a shameless plug, huh?**
Oh, and I also run a graphic/website design business (yay quite my day job 3 months ago to be on my own). Don't ask me how I do it, but it all gets done...and done well. I think!

Simply Wonderful
Indiepublic is so wonderful. I'm back at work today, :( , which means less time to have fun mingling and meeting new people...but I know where some of my free time is going to be spent. Free time? Wait, what is that?? I'm sure we are all in the same boat, learning that running your own business means you put in WAY more hours than you did in the corporate world. But, it is all for you this time. That is the important part, right?

I wish I could have found indie earlier, because I have received such a warm welcome. What a perfect way to start the new year!!! Thanks to everyone, and I am going to make sure I have time this weekend to finally explore everyone's beautiful shops and all the wonders of indiepublic.
