- Mainly The White Stripes, but I go through intense phases of love for Irish drinking/folk songs and DDR songs. Also: The Flaming Lips, Cake, Sufjan Stevens, Solas, Vashti Bunyan and Tom Waits.

- Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, The Fantastic Adventures of Unico, Mirrormask, Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, almost any pre-1993 holiday specials.
Trailer Park Boys, Clerks Uncensored, Home Movies, MST3K, Firefly, Project Runway, Keeping Up Appearances, Red Green, Reading Rainbow, The Office (both), Fawlty Towers, Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Stella, Fairy Tale Theatre (thanks Shelly Duvall!) and occasionally some anime. I am a designer, I promise. Silverthread Path is in the process of being set up, and I'm shooting for the first day of my very favorite month: October. There will be an etsy mini here soon! In the meantime...imagine what you would bring back from Faerie; Anodos, the Redcrosse Knight, and their peers bring back words, memories, and virtues; I bring you the stuff of daily life, for your enchantment and enjoyment.

The first time I saw Faerie
We're visiting my husband's family in Maine, and it's beautiful up here! I have to be honest; I don't plan on really keeping a blog up here as well as at Folk and Fairy, but perhaps this would be a good place to hash out some personal design stuff.
