I guess I blog for me and others. I know I personally learn a lot when I read other peoples blogs. I have gave things a chance and even gotten into hobbies that I never would have if I wasn't exposed to it. There is a big world out there with a lot to learn and discover and blogging is a good way to find new interests.
As far as for yoga, it is great. Once you take a few classes and learn some poses you can do them whenever. It re-engergizes you when you need it. :)
