I've been making jewelry for over 10 years. Through jewelry forums, I was introduced to lampwork, (flameworked) glass. I was in AWE!! Shiny, colorful, elegant, playful, infinite possibility.

It's the perfect art form for me because 1) There's an element of controlled danger in the process, 2) each item is contained and completed in no more than 2 hours, and 3) there is evidence of steady techinical progress.
