Hello. I am Rachel. I play the cello, teach yoga, and make whimsical little critters out of clay. I am currently venturing into the world of needle-felting, but it may be a bit before I post felted creatures on my Etsy store. I don't eat anything with a mother or a face, I love reading, and I do not own a television.

Favorite TV Show & Movies:

TV = yucko. Although when I visit my folks in California I must admit I do enjoy watching the medical-freak shows on TLC.
Movies: Lars and the Real Girl, City of God, Pi, Harold & Maude, Punch Drunk Love, Delicatessen, Amelie, Hudsucker Proxy, Raising Arizona, Ghost World....n' many mo'....

Favorite Books / Authors:

Currently reading ANNA KARENINA and loving it.... favorites include Murakami, David Sedaris, WHAT IS THE WHAT (Dave Eggers), Vonnegut, Steinbeck, GOOD NIGHT MOON (yes the kids book) and GRANDFATHER TWILIGHT (other kids book).
