Hi! I don't get on the computer very often, so if you don't hear from me, I've been really busy. Well, the job starts on December 8th at the nursing home, and of course, depending on when I start in reference to their pay periods, I'll get a check around the end of December or the beginning of January. I start classes on Monday at 7am. I'm gonna have to be wide awake by then. Thank God for coffee!! I'm really excited about it and all my husband does is complain that I'm a slacker, in his own words. Well, prayers are needed there, too. Thank you thank you thank you for your prayers for the job. The mortgage, eh, what are you gonna do, the best you can, right? "I Believe in God, the Father, the Almighty...", "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but MY words will never pass away..." that's all I need. As a matter of fact, a young girl from my church, 21, told me she was going for an interview at the hospital and that's how I got the job. So, we start together. It's hard to get in there, too. Anyway, God has answered my prayers.
I'm going to look at your Artists Journey in a minute, I tried to click on it earlier, but I got a "can't find" screen. That's okay, I'll do it differently and go see it anyhow. Absolutely, and God Bless YOU for being so generous with your time, money and most of all, your love. You have reinforced my strength; sometimes we need to be aware that it's not all for naught, and that there are people out there who care and share and are not hiding it. Being CONSERVATIVE is almost like saying that you're narrow minded and a weirdo and a Zealot and out of touch. I'm so disgusted that the world is going to hell in a hand-basket, not entirely, but you know what I mean, and people act like the smallest act of charity or kindness or love or altruism is not necessary to come from them AND, they can live on like, THAT"S OKAY. They are going to go straight to Heaven, if they ever give Heaven a thought and the road is easy. Sorry, I'm upset today. I try to just pray harder and suffer this with Him. I'm really glad to have met you. Keep up the good work, keep the faith. If you are ever in doubt about anything about God, just go to EWTN.com. It's very uplifting. I'll keep you in my prayers. Remember, God governs the world, but prayer governs God.

Yes, I'm finding this very therapeutic. I wish it could produce some actual money, though. I'm not pushy and I love what I do. I'm really hoping that this exposure will help out.. I'm not high maintenance like most women my age and I don't have money on the brain but making mortgage payments is hard without it. Well, let's just keep the faith. The Lord is my goal and my refuge, He'll provide, one way or the other. I'm waiting by the phone for it to ring. I'm supposed to hear about a job today. It's at the nursing home 3 blocks from my house. I could barely sleep and I kept dreaming I was already wearing scrubs. Pray I get in, could you? Yes, I'd be a good fit for the people. We just lost both of my grandparents on my mom's side in the past two years. They raised us and they still watch us to this day. I hope they think this would be good for me, too. Story goes that the college was built on the pasture of a farmer, Azariah Boody and had lots of dandelions in the field. If you can't beat them, join them so to speak. Bev.
