About Me:

I am a stay-at-home mom to a wonderful 4 year old son. I love to create handmade wonders to for all to enjoy! I am particularly pleased to be able to create beautiful and uniques items that are SAFE for children. I only use lead-free, nontoxic paints and glazes and solid wood. I will never use pressure-treated (chemical) wood in creating any of my items!

I thought you might be interested in getting involved and recommend you check it out. Please help us save handmade toys, clothing & accessories for our children. & save the businesses of all the crafty people who create toys!

If you buy or sell handmade children's items (or even items that could be considered for kids) & live ANYWHERE in the world, this law will effect you!!

The top 10 ideas are going to be presented to the Obama Administration on Inauguration Day and will be supported by a national lobbying campaign run by Change.org, MySpace, and more than a dozen leading nonprofits after the Inauguration. So each idea has a real chance at becoming policy.

ALSO, please check the Etsy forums for other ways to get involved, contact your govt representatives & make your voice heard on this issue.
