The City of Dayton and the Riverbend Art Center Council have a long history of working
together to provide a place for individuals to express their artistic self. We understand the
current economic situation and the City's reasons for closing the center, we are reluctant
to let the Art Center remain closed. We believe that Riverbend is worth saving and would
