About Me:

Welcome to MySpecialAprons! My name is Miss Catherine Cervantes. For as long as I can remember, I have loved "old-fashioned", beautiful, and feminine clothing and styles. I do like some styles in the late 1700's, but I mainly like the look of the 1800's. I have made for myself some dresses and blouses which have a vintage look to them. I have gotten many, many compliments too!

For a long time, I have wanted to have some sort of a cottage industry; I thought that aprons would be a good place to start. The aprons I sew are not only beautiful and fully feminine, but also serve a very practical purpose. All of the aprons I make fully cover clothing.

I am the only one who crafts each apron, thereby making sure that each one is carefully made according to high standards. Aprons are made from pre-washed fabric and all seams are profesionally finished with a serger. Each apron is made of high quality 100% cotton in a variety of prints and colors. If you do not see an apron in a fabric you like and/or in your size, I will gladly work with you and custom make an apron for you.
