Children went back to school last week in Scotland, which means whilst it is August and summer elsewhere, autumn is definately just around the corner here!!

I've been on holiday for a week and it's given me a chance to finish off a custom order for five large fine silver buttons. I've never made buttons before, but I'm delighted with the way they have turned out.

Happy Easter Sunday!

Unbelievably, the sun is still shining in Edinburgh, so we are going to get out and about on our bikes this afternoon. I've taken advantage of the extra days off work to create some new pieces for my shops. They are listed on Etsy and Folksy so far and I'll add them to my other shops this evening.

I'm continuing my exploration of different textures for precious metal clay and created this matching pendant and earrings.
