I'm a life-long Alaskan and just getting my feet wet in the art community. I just opened my shop on Etsy in Mid July 07 and still waiting for my 1st sale. I'm hoping my friends & family haven't been filling my head with bull.

Trades!

I've been trading like a crazy woman! I am so addicted! I just need a few more X-mas gifts and I hoping there's some Etsians out there who can help me out. I'm looking to trade for fingerless gloves, knitted scarf, and slippers.

Seasonal colors?

Well, we've had the 1st snow fall in the mountains that can been seen from Anchorage. This suggests that summer is over and 'fall' is here. In Alaska, we don't really have fall. We get mostly brown & yellow, maybe orange...then in snows....then it's winter.

I marbled some gift tags today in beautiful yellow, orange & hot pink. OMG!!! I LUV these colors! They are HOT!

Then it occured to me that these colors, these colors that I love, are not what someone out there in Etsy
