Now for the boring mundane part...hehehe

RULES OF THEME GROUP:
Submissions: There is a minimum of one piece but you can submit as many as you want, as long as it is submitted before the end of the month. You don't have to submit to join, but its more fun if you do though.

Your submissions can be anything, it doesn't have to be jewellery...it could be clothing, toiletries, knittng...etc anything creative. And it can be as simple or as complicated as you want. This is just a way to make us think outside the box and look at design in different ways.

It helps if you can include details of your theme piece and what you gained from the exercise, the other members of the group are really interested in your creative process, share with the group in the discussion pages.

Pictures of theme pieces MUST be posted in the relevant theme Discussion forum, please DO NOT post your theme contributions on the front page or it will be deleted. The front page is reserved for greeting new members and other communications to the group. Etsy badges are ok.

To keep the momentum going with the themes, if it is your turn and you haven't chosen a theme for the group before the 3rd of the Month, then it will automatically pass to the next theme leader in line. Remember folks the longer you take to choose a theme, the less time we have to make our theme pieces.

Everyone please take the time to meet and greet new members on the front page and make them feel at home.

You have till the end of the theme month to complete your contributions, don't worry if you miss your deadline though, as you can still post your contribution in the relevant discussion thread.

The most important rule though is to HAVE FUN, you shouldn't feel pressured to finish a piece that interferes with the design and making process. Remember this is a way to flex that creative muscle of ours and explore new ways of designing....HAVE FUN CREATING. :0D

Comment by ZAYUNU on September 2, 2009 at 6:54am: I have to apologise to all of my crafty folk in the group, yes I've had things on the back burner and was going through a crisis of confidence....in short I was contemplating whether to keep making my 'bits and bobs' . There were a lot of reasons for this but in retrospect, I realised that they weren't good enough reasons to stop doing what I do best.

So in short I am really sorry I left you folks for so long.

I hope you have all been ok while I was gone though.
