Features for artisans who sell their work:

Marketplace is a free service where artisans can share and promote unlimited photo ads of their craft. You can include a description of your item along with a link to your existing store such as Etsy, Artfire, 1000 Markets, etc. There is a built in messaging system for the classified ad service so you can check on interested buyers. In addition, twenty random ads will generate on all Main tab sections while people are browsing through the community so you will get exposure of your items.

Blog Promotions is another way artisans can promote their store or feature an item they are selling. When creating a blog, choose promote under category to get featured. One random article will be published on all Main tab sections and your blog will be featured under the Blogs tab starting with the most recent one.

Networking through Craft Recipes by adding friends and letting them know about special offers you may have in your store.

Groups is an awesome way to share ideas and information about your craft. Create a group and invite others to join you.

Forums has a a place where you can promote your store or craft and update members on sales you may have. You can also share ideas and information on the forum boards.

Directory is a feature where artisans can add their store, rate, and leave comments for other members.

Videos is a feature where you can share a video you have created about your store or craft. Members can rate and leave comments on your video. Videos can also be shared on blogs or in groups and link to other websites. This is a great way to market your creations because it can be viral.

Mini Ads is another way artisans can share a link to their store by creating a 32px by 32px icon and submitting it to Craft Recipes. Mini Ads will be rotated periodically.

Auctions is a free service to sell their items for up to 4 weeks. There are unlimited posts and no fees. Be sure to add a banner of your store on the bottom of the auction page.

Photos is a feature where you can add your pictures to the network. You can add a description of your item and a link to your store.
