Hii, I heart California. I am a BC Canadian. I really would luv to expand my business into California and the US West Coast. Hello ladies and gents! I was just wondering if anyone in this group is from the High Desert or San Bernardino area? I'm trying to scope out the local art/craft fair scene... but one doesn't seem to exist...

Hey California crafters...I am participating in 2 shows for the month of March and 1 show in April 2009...they are located in the south bay in Southern California, and I hope to see you there...here are the dates and locations of the shows:

Sat March 28, Redondo Beach, CA South Bay Crafters, South High School Parking lot, Pacific Coast Highway and Calle Mayor, 9:00am to 3:00pm

Sun March 29 Torrance, CA City of Torrance Spring Craft Show, Wilson Park, Crenshaw Blvd near Sepulveda Blvd, 9:00am - 4:00pm

Sat April 18th, Redondo Beach, CA Anderson Park Senior Center 3007 Vail Ave Redondo Beach, 9:00am - 3"00pm

We need donations!  Start sending them in!  Every donor will be acknowledged on the ZNE ConvenZioNE website (www.ZNEcon.com), and on the Art, Paperie and Pleasantries website (http://www.ArtandPaperie.com), as well as in print in the ZNE ConvenZioNE 2009 printed program.

These donations will be used to market YOUR business.  Include business cards or flyers with your donations.  They will also be used to fill goody bags and door prizes at the event.  A minimum of 10 bags of prizes will be sent out to the arts and local media along with a press release.  This is an amazing opportunity to get your product / gift / gift certificate in front of the exact targeted market you want to reach. 

Ready to participate?  Here's the deal:

You do NOT have to be a ZNE member for most donations:

Please send a product sample/s of any size and in any quantity (note that it behooves YOU to send as much as possible, so that as many people as possible are exposed to your product.)

Ensure that your name and email or website address are clearly printed on the product and/or include business cards and/or flyers along with your donation.

We are happy to accept gift certificates as your product "sample" - but they must be straightforward gift certificates (IE, not percentage off or buy-one-get-one free).

IF you are sending in a tangible product sample, you MAY also include a coupon for a discount "off" of your products.

Donations of promo postcards are fine if they have a blank space for writing, on the back side.

Donations of JUST coupons or promo flyers with discounts included are fine, but you MUST be a ZNE Member to donate just coupons/flyers with no tangible product.  (To join ZNE, please see our main website - http://www.ZNEart.com).

Hello everyone, it's been a while since I logged on, the fall and winter craft shows I was sold at was successful, and now I am starting my early spring shows. I want you to know where I will be selling, so here are 2 shows already set up. I will be selling my usual items: hats, scarves, purses, gift card bags(felted), animals, teddy bears, and have even added a couple new items: Easter Egg Cozies, and backpacks (pictures coming soon)...
I will be in Long Beach on Sat Feb 21, Millikan High School 8:00am-5:00pm
Sun March 29, Torrance, Wilson Park, City of Torrance Spring Craft Show.

I am also looking for more shows in So Cal, if anyone knows of shows in the Spring, please let me know...

Hi, and welcome to all the new groupies! I haven't been on in a while, and I apologize, but I wont bore anyone with why. Anyway, I'm glad to see the group is growing and I hope it's proving to be somewhat useful :)
